Overwatch 2 esports has continued despite the end of the Overwatch League. Blizzard and ESL FACEIT have teamed up to start the competitive circuit known as the Overwatch Champions Series<\/a> and Overwatch 2 has also officially joined the Esports World Cup event<\/a>. While this means there is still an esports scene for Overwatch 2, a lot of fans are a bit confused as to what teams to watch and where their favorite OWL pros went after it dissolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Overwatch League franchise consisted of city-based teams that were all easily identifiable by their logos and branding, remaining largely consistent throughout each season. Players were traded but it was within a very organised and broadcasted process, making it easy to choose favourite teams and recognise strong players. After the OWL ended, many fans wondered where their favourite players ended up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team Falcons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Korean team is currently seen as the squad to beat. For the past few years, they’ve been placing at the top of A and B-tier tournaments while awaiting the return of a more organised Overwatch 2 esports scene. Why are they so good?
